Disappointing

I gave plenty of specific information for how my instructor wanted things cited. In text citations: use the author, the date of their article, include the page number example given;( Jones 2021:54) thats what should be listed at the bottom of the pages, then the big blurb in bibliography. I also had to have the whole thing re-written because the directions weren't read, and it was written on some random group instead of the group I needed. I submitted my instructors full directions/expectations + my previous two papers as example that I wrote myself. now I have to go back through and re-do all these in text citations, which brings my paper that I paid for, below 3 pages. not that he was hard to communicate with, he just was too quick, didn't understand the importance of reading what I sent and just did his own thing. when I told him he had the wrong group, and that it needed to be redone, he didn't read that either and asked me to release payment and leave a review. I had to circle back to reiterate that It was the wrong group, and it needs to be redone. Im honestly not confident turning it in as is and will be revising it myself.
