That work is aweful! especially coming from someone with a PhD. The first two sentences alone have several gramatical errors. Not to mention no proper punctuation and several runon sentences. She uses the word "also" in just about every sentence. Doesn't use the proper tense of several words. She also didn't use the chapters that I gave. She used something else for the references.
